Joe Drewery

Joe joined Canham Consulting as a Graduate Building Surveyor in June 2023 and has since achieved Chartered status (MRICS). With over 10 years of experience in the construction and property industry, he delivers building surveying and project management services across the residential, commercial and public sectors.

He has experience undertaking technical building inspections, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, contract administration, and project management. Working with both private and public sector clients, Joe provides clear, practical advice and is committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently and within budget.

Joe has developed a strong technical understanding of building construction, building pathology and statutory compliance through hands-on surveying and project delivery. He takes pride in building lasting client relationships, producing high-quality technical reports and delivering practical solutions to complex property challenges.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Joe is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards while continuing to develop his expertise to provide clients with trusted, practical advice and a high level of professional service.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and dedicating time to volunteering within his local community.
