Joe joined Canham Consulting in June 2023 as a Graduate Building Surveyor.
Having previously worked as a Senior Negotiator and Quantity Surveyor, Joe has over 8 years of experience within the property and construction industry, predominantly focused within the residential sector.
Whilst studying at Coventry University, Joe worked part time as a snagging inspector and has excellent knowledge of all construction methods. He is a strong communicator and has a great eye for detail. He takes pride in providing a high quality service to his clients.
His day-to-day role within the Building Team is varied, but will see him undertaking site inspections, assisting with reports on potential defects and remedial works, as well as overseeing construction projects, carrying out duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.
