Joe Drewery

Joe Drewery joined Canham Consulting in June 2023 as a Graduate Building Surveyor. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Coventry University.

With over 10 years of experience in the property and construction industry, Joe has a solid background in the residential sector. Before transitioning to building surveying, he worked as a Senior Negotiator and Quantity Surveyor, gaining invaluable expertise along the way.

While studying at Coventry University, Joe also worked part-time as a snagging inspector, developing a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques. He is known for his keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills and his commitment to delivering a high-quality service to clients. One of Joe's key achievements includes leading a project that involved conducting over 40 condition surveys, ensuring that they were completed to a high standard. He was responsible for identifying any defects, preparing detailed reports and delivering them to clients promptly. Throughout the project, he prioritised clear communication and kept the client updated at every stage.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and dedicating time to volunteering within his local community.
