Chris Dewick

Chris joined Canham Consulting in 2001, having previously worked as a manager of design teams for leading engineering consultants and as a CAD consultant. He has carried out many roles within the business and has been a company director since 2008, continuing to bring a wealth of experience and support to the management team.

His primary skill is as a Project Manager and Principal Designer, acting as Contract Administrator on larger reinstatement and repair projects. Clients are often introduced to him following significant fire or flood damage when comprehensive project management is required to ensure minimum disruption to the existing management in a business or as a residential owner, and in line with relevant health and safety legislation.

Chris also specialises in Party Wall matters, dealing with dispute resolution in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. He became a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors in 2020.

Away from work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family (his French Bulldog, Belle), exploring the countryside and beaches of the surrounding coastline. He also loves his rugby, albeit his boots have been retired many years ago. As an avid England fan, he will support them no matter their performance and results!
