We have ground modelling understanding and backed by advanced software packages, we are able to design levels across a site to suit and tie into the existing ground.  Having modelled the proposed surface, we can then compare against existing and calculate cut and fill volumes; seeking to minimise both.

Ground modelling enables us to look at multiple schemes and compare the cut and fill volumes, and therefore the cost of material movement, relatively quickly. The ground modelling software which we use enables us to build 3D models of all external features from road embankments to SuDS features to provide a clear visual representation of the proposed scheme.
