Canham Consulting Ltd has extensive experience in providing CDM Consultancy Services to private clients, Architects and Contractors.
 

We have a strong reputation for providing high value expertise on any aspect of construction, from feasibility right through to project handover. Under the regulations, Canham Consulting is ideally placed to continue providing CDM advice and project management services to all duty holders, in the role of CDM Consultant; facilitating cost-effective delivery of Principal Designer duties and assisting contractors in complying with the legislation and executing their duties as Principal Contractor.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 places legal duties on those involved in construction projects.

Canham Consulting has supported construction Clients, Architects and Contractors, gaining a reputation as providing high value expertise from feasibility through to project handover.

 

We provide specialist advice to identify and reduce health and safety risks as a Principal Designer in a statutory role or as a CDM advisory role, this provides our clients with confidence that the obligations under the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 are met and fulfilled.

 

We work closely and collaboratively with all duty holders in the pre-construction phase of each project to ensure all design risks have been identified and reduced as reasonably practicable.
