Chris' primary skill is as a project manager, acting as Contract Administrator on larger reinstatement and repair projects. Clients are often introduced to him following significant fire or flood damage when comprehensive project management is required to ensure minimum disruption to the existing management in a business or as a residential owner. Chris is an experienced Surveyor with excellent organisational skills which translate to an extremely capable manager of projects and resources. To assist clients with Health and Safety responsibilities Chris will take the Lead Designers role as defined under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Chris also acts as a Party Wall Surveyor
As part of the Management Team, Chris has particular responsibility for assisting Associates deliver a consistent and high quality product. He ensures every project irrespective of size and scope, is delivered on time and in line with established Health and Safety procedures.
Chris has been with Canham Consulting since 2002, having previously worked as a manager of design teams for leading engineering consultants and as a CAD consultant.
