Canham Consulting were initially involved in the structural safety inspections. We advised on all temporary works which were required to ensure that the property was made safe after the incident.

To ensure the property was protected from further damage during the winter, our Structural Engineers provided detailed scaffold design for the erection of the scaffold enclosure.

We acted as Contract Administrators for the remedial works to the public house. Our involvement formed part of an active design team incorporating the remedial repairs for the insurance company and the alterations designed by our clients designer. We produced drawings and detailed specifications for the repair/refurbishment of the property in accordance with Statutory Authorities requirements.

Our appointment also involved providing CDM advice for the contract works and advising our client in accordance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.
