Canham Consulting were asked by the District Council to provide emergency attendance and advice at the site of a vehicle impact.

We attended site within hours of the incident and provided specialist advice on the emergency temporary works and site clearance, enabling the building to be secured and the highway to be re-opened the same day.

Our team worked as the Contract Administrator for the duration of the contract to rebuild the shop and residential dwelling, producing drawings and detailed specifications to rebuild the building conjunction with statutory requirements.

Canham Consulting also acted as the CDM-Coordinator, working closely with the relevant Contractor to comply with the Construction Design Management Regulations 2007.
