Beach Tree Farm House
Canham Consulting was initially involved in emergency safety inspections when a storm damaged the structure of Beech Tree Farm, a Grade II Listed cottage.
Canham Consulting worked as the Contract Administrator for the duration of the contract to refurbish the cottage, producing drawings and detailed specifications to sympathetically rebuild the cottage in conjunction with statutory requirements.
We also acted as CDM Coordinator, working closely with the relevant contractors to comply with Construction Design Management Regulations.
