Tom Holmes

Tom joined Canham Consulting in 2017 as a Structural Engineering Technician Apprentice within the Projects Structures Team. He has a BEng in Civil Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University, which he completed part-time with us, and became a Technician Member with the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2022.

Tom has worked throughout multiple project sectors, including schools, industrial buildings and domestic properties. He strives on illustrating complex details and quality, often working on techniques to improve the company’s calculation efficiencies, sharing his knowledge with others along the way.

Away from work, Tom enjoys DIY and anything sport – skiing, surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding and climbing, just to name a few.
