Rob Panter

Rob has been with Canham Consulting since 2003, gaining Incorporated Engineer status in 2004, becoming chartered in 2008 and obtaining his fellowship in 2020.

He has a wealth of experience, leading projects in many sectors, from the modest development in traditional materials through to significant capital schemes. His area of specialism is forensic engineering, particularly with older structures. The Canham ‘Culture of Learning’ has been driven by Rob, and he has mentored and developed many engineers, technicians and surveyors.

Rob enjoys giving something back. He is Chair of the Trustees of Construction East, which is a charity focusing on construction education and professional pathways in the East.

Sport is a big part of his life, and he is Chairman of Horsford Cricket Club, which holds a special place for him, given that his grandfather was one of the founders in 1947. Family time is incredibly important, and he enjoys nothing more than family dog walks with his wife and two boys.
