Nigel Evans

Nigel joined Canham Consulting in 2003, bringing valuable experience from the precast concrete industry. With over 25 years in the construction sector, he has built a deep understanding of structural design across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, education and healthcare.

As Managing Director, Nigel is committed to maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence across the business. He oversees quality control processes, ensuring that all projects meet rigorous industry standards and client expectations.

He also plays a key role in staff development, coordinating training programmes, mentoring initiatives and professional qualification support for employees working toward membership with industry institutions.

He is an Incorporated Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) and a Chartered Building Engineer with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

Outside of work, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family on long walks along the Norfolk coast. He is also an active member of his sons’ rugby club, managing one of the youth teams.
