These perils can often result in slightly less significant damage, however, professional assistance in getting both temporary and permanent repairs completed can be important, especially to commercial premises where the business operation has been affected.

Our involvement is often started with a structural assessment shortly after the event, followed by reporting on the condition of the remaining structure and organising any temporary works that may be necessary and in some cases organise immediate emergency clearance works to limit the possible environmental impact.

Beyond this phase we can go on to produce detailed drawings and specifications to enable competitive tenders to be obtained to remediate or in major losses demolish and reinstate the affected property.

Our involvement can also include administration and project management of the contract on behalf of the policyholder until completion of the works and final certification.
