CCL was appointed as Contract Administrators for extensive alterations and refurbishment work to Cox's
Jewellers, a Grade II Listed structure in Great Yarmouth.
CCL produced drawings and detailed specifications to sympathetically repair and alter the property. The work
was carried out in a phased contract, with CCL working closely with the client and contractor to allow the
client's business to continue trading throughout the contract duration. CCL liaised with both the client and
the conservation department to agree a scheme that was practical for the company's future needs.
