Canham Consulting Limited began its life in 1977, as Canham Thomas Partnership, having been formed by Tony Canham and Richard Thomas, to provide consulting civil and structural engineering services from two offices, serving the East Anglian region.
Tony Canham retired as a Director from Canham Thomas Partnership (Norwich) Ltd in October 2001, with the company continuing to be run by Peter French and John Hutchinson. The Company name was changed to Canham Consulting Limited in May 2002, but although the name may have changed, the original ethos of Canham Thomas Partnership of providing an excellent standard of engineering services in the civil and structural fields remains unchanged and the enthusiasm and desire for providing clients with the best possible service remains undiminished.
Canham Consulting Ltd is an independent company, based in Norwich and is highly regarded for its expertise, approachability and pragmatic solutions to engineering problems in the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
Although the majority of our work is based in the East Anglian region, there are no geographical barriers to our area of operation and we are able to undertake commissions throughout the UK.
We have recently moved into new offices having converted a former Victorian school. Whilst undertaking the conversion we have taken the opportunity to become fully networked with an ADSL connected server. We now have our own conference facilities and provide accommodation for meetings for an individual client and project team meetings.
